1. General Conditions By placing an order with Add Signs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Custom Orders & Accuracy
- All custom decals and graphics are produced based on the information provided by the customer.
- Add Signs is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect sizes, or color choices made by the customer during the ordering process. Please double-check your details before confirming.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made items: Since most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in production.
- Defective items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via DPD and An Post. While we aim for fast delivery, Add Signs is not liable for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Application of Decals
- Add Signs is not responsible for any damage to surfaces (vehicles, windows, etc.) during the application or removal of our vinyl products. We provide high-quality materials, but correct installation is the customer’s responsibility.
6. Copyright By providing us with logos or designs for custom work, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those images. Add Signs is not liable for any copyright infringements based on customer-provided designs.
