At Add Signs, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully:
1. Custom and Personalized Items Most of our products (decals, stickers, and graphics) are custom-made to your specific requirements (size, color, and design).
- Please note: According to Irish consumer law, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind or if an incorrect size/color was ordered by the customer.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we will fix it immediately.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours at
[email protected]. - Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
